The exam board met this AM
and unanimously voted that “the district examining board of the Northern Atlantic Fellowship recommends to the Lehigh
Valley Grace Brethren
Church that they license Tim Sunderland for the Christian ministry in
the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches. We also commend him highly for doing a great job on his exam and encourage
him to continue his study and growth in the Lord.”
Tim did an outstanding
job. It is great seeing the Lord giving such gifted men to His church. Trust we will have many years of growing
and ministering together with Tim in our NAF ministry team (or wherever the Lord leads him and his wife Heather).

We had a great day yesterday at Myerstown with examining two outstanding men
for licensure. Both did an outstanding job – and made our time together a real blessing. What a joy to see
God at work in preparing and calling men into His service.
Joe
Couch is full-time evangelist there at Myerstown. And Todd Heckman has been on leadership council at Bread of Life with
Dave Sarver
for about five years. He has been in business for a number of years, but now has decided to serve the Lord full-time
in career ministry. He and his wife and three children are heading off to Wheaton
Grad School for further training
in ministry. Here are the two recommendations the board adopted unanimously with great joy.
Following the two examinations
the full board convened at about 11:45 to discuss the results of the two exams. These were the two recommendations presented:

· Regarding Joe Couch: We heartily commend Joe for his excellent command of Scriptures and the diligence he has put forth
in the preparation of his life. And we highly recommend to the New Beginnings GBC at Myerstown that they proceed with
his licensure to the Christian ministry. We further want to commend Joe for the genuineness and humility exhibited throughout
his exam and his desire for personal purity in his life and ministry.
· Regarding Todd Heckman: We heartily commend Todd for his thorough and comfortable handling of Scripture and for
his responses to the theological issues put before him. We therefore recommend to the Bread of Life Fellowship GBC of
Reinholds that Todd be licensed to the Christian ministry in the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches. We also encourage
that Todd maintain an active relationship and accountability with the Bread of Life Fellowship in his ongoing licensure recognition
(due to his plan to go to Wheaton Graduate School
for further education).
(Todd's picture will be posted
soon.)
Reminder: Next Ministerium Is June 13 At Grace Church
At Willow Valley!!
See you there, Lord willing.

Below, recommendations passed at the North Atlantic Fellowship's last Examining Board meeting at Frankford
church in Philadelphia.

We unanimously and
heartily recommend Steve Galegor to the Penn
Valley Church of Telford, Pennsylvania, for licensure
to the pastoral ministry. We commend Steve for his excellent handling of the Word of God. We also commend those
who worked with Steve to prepare him for the exam.

We heartily recommend
to the Colonial Chapel GBC of Berlin, Connecticut, that they license Chris Skroneck to the pastoral ministry. We further commend Chris
for his thorough handling of Scripture. We sensed comfort and confidence with the Word of God. We also encourage
Chris to continue to sharpen the various doctrines of Scriptures through continued study.

We heartily recommend
to the Crossroads GBC-Frankford of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
that they license Mark Ritzman to the
pastoral ministry. We commend Mark highly for his expertise in handling the Word, his commitment to the Lord, and his
love for his people. We would challenge him to continue to minister and lead with confidence as a pastor called and
sent by God.

We highly recommend
to the Crossroads GBC-Wissinoming of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
that they ordain Bob Pearson to the
pastoral ministry. We commend Bob for his heart and ability to handle the Word, his love of people, and faithfulness
in reaching the city. Furthermore, we commend Bob and his wife Sharon as they model a Christian marriage and family
before a needy community.

We unanimously and
heartily recommend Tim Hodge to the Grace
Brethren Church of New Holland, Pennsylvania, for ordination to the pastoral ministry. We commend Tim for the evidence
we observed of the OUTSTANDING leadership he is currently giving to the church as it goes through its transition. We
also commend Tim for his handling of God’s Word and his heart for God and Christ’s Church.
